Sponsorship Opportunities

As a sponsor of the Charlotte Diesel Super Show you can rest assured that the Randall-Reilly team will help deliver an exciting event attracting a large audience. This event will be fully supported by and communicated to the industry and local markets through our print media, on-line promotion, radio, direct mail, e-marketing, local market advertising and supporting partners and sponsors.

There are other successful “grass roots” events, but none that bring so much to the table, crossing over into interrelated markets.

There are several levels of participation.

HEADLINE Sponsorship 

• Headline sponsor recognition with an advertising campaign including more than 5,000,000 print impressions in the marketplace for each sponsor – Ads are scheduled to run in Overdrive, Truckers News and Custom Rigs magazines, as well as all of the other Randall-Reilly trucking, recruiting, construction and landscaping publications.

• Headline sponsor mentions in all advertisements

• Headline sponsor coverage on event website

• Headline sponsor mention on radio reaching more than 4,000,000 listeners

• Sponsor of Pride & Polish Truck Beauty Show to be held at the event

• Display space – Up to 5,000 square feet included

• Full-page ad in Event Souvenir Program

• On-Road Ride & Drives and/or demonstration opportunity

• PA announcement mentions

• Research opportunity with event attendees

• Company literature and/or giveaways

• Headline sponsor mention on event banners and signage throughout the venue

• Headline sponsor of Truck Drags

SUPPORTING Sponsorship 

• Supporting sponsor recognition with an advertising campaign including more than 5,000,000 print impressions in the marketplace for each sponsor – Ads are scheduled to run in Overdrive, Truckers News and Custom Rigs magazines, as well as all of the other Randall- Reilly trucking, recruiting, construction and landscaping publications. • Supporting sponsor mentions
